Great Costco overall. They always have good deals whether its for food or for clothes. Also the employees here are much better then the other Costco’s I’ve been too in terms of giving out samples and other customer service stuff.

My elderly parents have been going to this store for years. Yesterday my dad almost collapsed in the store. My mom was very upset and could barely manage to help him. The outpour of concerned workers that came to help was amazing! They packed up everything and helped her with paying. They made sure they got to the car safely. They even loaded up their car. Thank you for caring about your customers and mostly my parents.

Greatest shopping experience on earth. The only downside is parking is tough, but their overpopulation comes from great service and amenities that they offer! Would be nice to see a location open in Burr Ridge!

What can I say? It’s Costco! It’s kinda like the analogy of McDonalds. You know what to expect going into any Costco. Well executed, clean and very helpful staff. Can’t forget the $1.50 hotdogs and soda.

The busiest Costco location around. The parking lot is crazy no matter the day but the selection is great, checkout is fast and the food court is tasty

The parking lot gives me anxiety! Folks just walking all willy nilly out of the store and into the lot not watching or caring that they step right in front of you. However my experiences inside are always good

Reliable big box, some of my favorite cashiers, all the great deals of a warehouse store. Clean bathrooms, well organized and stocked. Extremely busy, but it is because it is one of the best run Costco around. Staff very well trained and easy to ask for help. Pop in for giant 1.50 hot dog.

It's a Costco, which many of us have come to expect high quality stuff in large quantities. Great deals in hard liquor and meats. The furniture is also an amazing deal. Don't forget to grab a chicken bake from the food court.

This place is way better than the bloomingdale location. They have all the items in stock here. And it’s ran well.

Forgot my card in my other coat so had to get a temporay one from the service desk. There was no line fortunately there.
The gal gave me the Costco app information on paper so I'll have it downloaded when I go back.
Snow storm was rolling in so the store itself was busy.
Found what I needed and more plus some sales 🤑
A kind man was giving chocolate milk samples and we chatted for a minute and of course I came home with a twin pack for my granddaughter.
Even though I had my temporay pass a nice gentleman offered to take me to self checkout and help me there.
A manager came and initially my reciept so I didn't have to wait in line leaving the store.

Costco is 5/5, but this location is 3.5/5.
-1 Because the options at this location just stink compared to the other Stores in the area.
-.5 because the parking lot design is the absolute worst out of 20+ Costco locations I've shopped.

Mario in tobacco is a very professional and kind employee he helped me with a tobacco order that I was having issues with placing at a different location! He truly cares about his members this is my go to Costco from here on out ! Thanks again Mario!

Love shopping here but it does tend to always have a full parking lot. Always. But the inside doesn’t feel as crowded :) love getting their to go meals for lunch, delicious!
